Come join us at our health and wellbeing hub at Level 1, 56 Claremont St, South Yarra for mindfulness foundations and wellbeing boosting activities. Led by Sleiman Abou-Hamdan, a high performance registered Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience as a mindfulness practitioner, mental health expert, leadership coach and elite sports psychologist, you will be guided in applying mindfulness and awareness throughout the moments of your day.
Mindfulness is a scientifically researched and proven method for increasing focus, regulating emotions, reducing stress, and increasing your sense of wellbeing and happiness. Mindfulness is taught through a variety of guided awareness exercises including body relaxation, breathing, stretching and movement.
